Join our Digital Ticket Team this August as a volunteer!
Are you a pro with Apple or Android devices? Are you interested in being part of the Hall of Fame festivities as a volunteer?
We’re looking for volunteers to help guests access and troubleshoot their digital tickets at our three Civic Center events this August:
- Fashion Show Luncheon, August 2 (8 am - Noon)
- Enshrinees’ Gold Jacket Dinner, August 2 (3:30 - 7:30 pm)
- Class of 2024 Unscripted & Tailgate, August 4 (10 am - 1 pm)
We are currently accepting interest forms from people who would like to serve as a Digital Ticket Team member for these special events. You can sign up for one time slot or all three.
Responsibilities include helping guests access their Ticketmaster digital tickets and answer questions as they approach our Civic Center entry points. This is a new ticketing system for these events, so we anticipate there will be a learning curve for guests.
You will be given a t-shirt that will allow guest to easily identify you if they need assistance. Team members will be permitted to watch the show in a dedicated section for volunteers after your shift. You will also be invited to the Appreciation Party.
