Grand Parade Application 2026

Grand Parade ApplicationThank you for your interest in the Pro Football Hall of Fame Enshrinement Festival Grand Parade on Saturday, August 8, 2026 (date subject to change).

If you need to make changes to your application after it is submitted, please contact  Alexandria Webster , Event Manager, at (330) 458-2050.

Completed applications will be reviewed by the committee for acceptance in the Grand Parade. The following items must be completed and turned into the Pro Football Hall of Fame Enshrinement Festival office for your application to be considered complete:

  • Completed online or paper application.
  • Review the liability release/concurrence section.
  • If applying for a float unit, please include a sketch (color preferred).
  • If applying for a float unit, please review the  float manual .
  • Specialty units must submit an audio or video performance if you have not participated before.
  • IF YOU APPLY AS A FLOAT OR SPECIALTY UNIT ADVERTISING A BUSINESS AND ARE ACCEPTED, YOU WILL BE CONTACTED FOR PAYMENT AND INSURANCE INFORMATION.
  • You will be contacted mid-June regarding acceptance and participation.

Commercial or advertising content is prohibited without prior approval and payment of an advertiser fee. Violations may result in removal from the parade line-up.

FLOAT APPLICANTS: Apply by May 4, 2026. (Sketch, description, and details due May 15, 2026.)

Specialty Unit Information
Units should offer something distinctive or engaging beyond a standard branded vehicle. Company-branded cars, trucks, or semis will only be considered if they are part of an approved specialty unit or tied to a parade sponsorship.
